Home Sweet Home

My project for today is a sweet little housewarming card with an autumn theme.

I used some Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in Toasted Almond along with the Farmhouse Basket stencil to create the background. While that was drying, I colored the Harvest Wreath image with a set of Akashiya Sai Watercolor brush pens. They are meant for watercolor paper, but they’ll blend nicely on a smooth cardstock too.

I fussy cut the wreath and popped it up on the background with Pop-Up Glue Dots, then added the bow with a Micro Dot.

For the sentiment, I used the Farmhouse Wreaths set and stamped with Versamark Ink. To make the words match the embellishment mousse, I heat embossed with Ranger Embossing Powder in Vintage Pearl. Then, I layered everything onto the card front with Glue Lines.
